The FPT Home Health Therapy Team provides in-home Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy services throughout the Arkansas Delta through our area Home Health Agency Contracts.  In order to receive In-home therapy, you must qualify for Home Health Services through a licensed Home Health Agency.
